Gratuity for your driver and tour guides is appreciated but not included.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking, with no eligibility for a refund or the transfer of your reservation.
This trip is exclusively intended for Jehovah's Witnesses. By making a booking, you acknowledge that if you are no longer one of Jehovah's Witnesses at the time of the trip, you will inform the trip organizers in writing. In such cases, your booking will be canceled, and you will not be entitled to or eligible for a refund. The standard refund policy will apply. You agree not to take further action to obtain a refund under these circumstances. You are authorized to make this agreement on behalf of all individuals in your reservation.
“Time and unexpected events” can happen to anyone (Eccl. 9:11). Therefore, it is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance. The trip organizers neither sell nor collect money for travel insurance, nor do they recommend specific insurance providers. You are free to choose the insurance carrier that best suits your needs.
Travel insurance is optional; however, failure to purchase insurance may result in the loss of your money in the event of trip cancellation. The trip organizers are not responsible for handling any insurance claims.

By completing this booking, you agree not to seek legal or other action against Dolyn Teatime Company LLC or any trip organizers for claims of any kind.
