Choice Plan Requirements

🏨 Hotel & Transportation

• Guests must book their hotel rooms only among the hotels listed for each night of the tour. The bus will drop guest off at theses locations and pick them up in the morning.

• Staying overnight in hotel lobbies, outdoors, on the bus, or with guests who booked a full hotel inclusive package is not permitted.

🕒 Punctuality

• Passengers must arrive at their assigned pickup location on time.

• If a choice plan guest misses the pickup, they are responsible for making their own arrangements to rejoin the group at their own expense.

📄 Reservation Verification

• Guests must email proof of pre‑paid hotel reservations for each night of the tour no later than 9/1/2026.

• Failure to provide on time proof in whole or in part may result in cancellation of your tour reservation without a refund.

🕊️ Eligibility

• All passengers must be Jehovah’s Witnesses publishers in Good Standing (IGS).
